Your privacy matters to us. 

Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal, which has a high level of security on all transactions.

Every transaction is heavily guarded behind PayPal next-level encryption.

Shipping


For all online orders, you will receive an email confirmation when the goods have been shipped, including a tracking number.

We ship worldwide with FedEx and UPS (for Europe).

If you have specific preferences regarding shipping methods, please let us know as soon as possible.


If you placed an order for a product made with exotic leathers (e.g. crocodile, alligator,, lizard etc.), around 10-15 additional working days will be required to request the CITES export certificate signed by the Italian Authorities. The CITES certificate is mandatory for exporting exotic leathers outside the European Union.

Some Countries require import permits for orders exceeding a certain value.

Please inform yourself about this before purchase.

We will not be held responsible for delays, seizings, or other customs-related issues.

We will not accept returns or order cancellations due to high duties or taxes applied by your country on imported goods once said goods are shipped to you.



If a return of the goods is forced by the courier following the inability to communicate with the consignee due to lack of cooperation (e.g.: no show or ignoring emails and calls) or other issues that prevent notifications (e.g. fake emails, fake telephone number), no refunds will be issued, and extra costs might be billed to the customer/consignee.

Extra costs include:

Return’s Shipping costs from consignee’s Country to Italy

Duties and taxes applied by Italian customs to re-import our products

Added fee of 25% of the original amount payed by customer/consignee (shipping included)



** For UK Customers only **

After Brexit, Uk enforced some questionable rules regarding the import of CITES regulated products, like Alligator, Crocodile, Lizard and Peccary.

Customers must provide Uk Borderforce an import permit in order to get the parcel released from custom. 

Unfortunately APHA doesn’t provide a payment option to request such permits on customer’s behalf from abroad.

All sales of leathergoods made with Alligator, Crocodile, Lizard, Peccary are momentarily suspended / restricted for Uk customers.

Returns & Refunds


Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept refund/return requests.


Sales are final and items are not returnable, but we always accept inquiries related to possible defects in the products, which will be examined with attention.

Customer care is one of our prides and we are always happy to help with repairs and maintenance of our products over time.


Please understand that sudden changes of personal taste regarding colour/finishing/thickness of the products will only be taken in consideration for future orders, but will not be considered valid reasons to issue a refund.


** After recent scams attempts we had to review our policies, as follows **


All orders cancellation requests need to be approved and the possibility of enforcing the following cancellation fees is at our own sole discretion.


-Order cancellation requests coming in after 12h from the purchase will incur in a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order value (shipping included).

-Order cancellation requests coming in after 24h from the purchase will incur in cancellation fee of 45% of the total order value (shipping included).

-Order cancellation requests coming in after 36h from the purchase will incur in cancellation fee of 75% of the total order value (shipping included).


Orders including exotic leather products will have an “export documents” 15% fee added to the above mentioned cancellation fees.
